Nest is a luxury home services company that maintains high end homes in the Yellowstone Club, and Big Sky, Montana. With a background in real estate, property management and cleaning services, Nest team’s attention to staffing and detail is unmatched.

We Achieved
The founder hired our team to create a fresh, modern brand that resonates trust for homeowners to be comfortable leaving their homes in the care of this company.
Challenge
The name Nest is a visual name that was derived from the owner’s vision of the company: With owners entrusting us with their luxury homes and possessions, we make sure they feel secure, comforted and taken care of.
The identity had to speak to these qualities in addition to having a modern, bold look that respectively stood out from the frilly-type and clip-art logos of competitors.
Design Process
The development of the logo started by designing complex, literal relations to the word “nest” and evolved to more modern, simplistic and bold, focusing on the values and vision of the company rather than the literal sense.
The final identity selected and refined was a monotype of a lowercase “N,” which curled its feet inwards to support and enclose the logo type. A symbol (without the type) was made for digital use on small and low resolution areas (like favicons).
