Visual identity for a luxury real estate agent in Reno Tahoe
- Client: Tiffany Billman
- Services: Visual Identity, Visual Identity Suite
Tiffany Billman has been entrenched in the Reno Tahoe area and its evolving community for nearly 20 years. With a passion in real estate, Billman is taking on the very traditional industry in the most unconventional ways. Being transparent is of the upmost importance, striving to give clients knowledge on the full process of home buying to ensure easy transitions.
Our team collaborated with her to create a visual identity and suite that was 100% custom to what the brand believes in.

What We Achieved
In bringing Tiffany Billman brand’s visual identity to life, it was crucial for the brand’s attributes to be cohesive within the logo, specifically to differentiate it from the saturated market.
Crafted Design & Symbolism
The logo was carefully crafted to encompass brand values and personality. The ONE HOUSE, found in the negative space, is an elusive reminder of the real estate industry. The TWO TREES, one on either side of the house, gives neighborhoody and homey-feels. It also shows being surrounded by nature, valuing the time spent outdoors. The THREE DIAMONDS speaks to the luxury and higher-end clientele and properties. The number of diamonds was also chosen to symbolize “Friendship, Love and Fidelity,” referring to the brand’s personality and value of close relationships. The diamonds’ tops display ARROWS, stewarding movement forward with inspiration and innovation. The two connected line designs on either side of the center elements refer to 1920s ART DECO: classy and timeliness. It designs out a stylized MONOGRAM of “T” and “B,” to know that even if the wordmark is not with the symbol, “Tiffany Billman” is always connected.
Logo Structure
The logo was built free-standing, not to boxed in within a shape, as the company is gender-neutral and open to all. The geometric lines were designed to be thin and weightless to represent the ease clients feel when working with the brand. But despite being light, the lines also show depth, which relates to the knowledge and guidance of the real estate market. When the symbol is scaled to extra small or seen from afar, the clarity of detail shifts from multiple elements to one: a high-end, stylized entryway -- welcoming all potential, current and future clients.
